KFin Technologies Names Kiran Aidhi As Chief People Officer

 

KFin Technologies has appointed Kiran Aidhi as Chief People Officer, effective September 2021.

 

As the CPO, Aidhi  will look at all human resources and talent management aspects of KFin

 

Aidhi has 25 years of working in complex high-tech environment where she has led the human resources strategy and execution. In the past she has been associated with firms like Accenture, Convergys, Hutchison 3 Global Services (now known as Tech Mahindra Business Services), Ugam Solutions. She has wide experience in Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services, Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing.

 

Commenting on starting a new journey, Aidhi said, ““KFin has fast-paced growth plans and I look forward to supporting the growth through the company’s human resource strategy, which focusses on the comprehensive culture of Learning, Growth, Innovation and Wellness. For me, positive minds, keeping a continuous momentum around development of self and others, and building more meaningful relations with teams and clients, results in greater business outcomes and individual growth.”

 

Aidhi graduated from Hindu College, Delhi University and later completed Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in HR and Marketing from Indian Institute of Planning and Management, New Delhi. She continued her personal and professional growth journey with National Training Laboratory US, Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences doing courses and certifications ranging from Organization Development and Change Practitioner, to being a Master NLP and a certified Resilience Coach. She is on her journey on ACC from International Coaching Federation and has completed about 100 hours of coaching.
